Here's my tos for my Art/Commissions/Customs and adoptables!Credit: Ksuriuri for the icon
Art
- Do not copy/ trace / steal / repost my art
- Do not copy/ trace / steal / repost or get heavily inspired by my characters
- Please always credit me
- Do not remove my watermark
- Do not use my characters/ art for RP’s and such
- Do not use my characters or art of other people's characters/ commission as PFP/ Banners.
- No NFT/ AI use of my characters/Art
- No hate comments, it’s rude and useless
Do's
- NSFW/ SFW/ Gore
- BDSM, Ovi, Tentacles and more
- Humanoids/anthro/ferals/monsters
- M/m, F/F, Trans or any LGBT
characters
- Oc x oc, canon x canon and oc x canon (tho if I'm uncomfortable with some ships I'll let you know!)
- Video game characters/ HH / HB or any adult characters from shows, or their oc versions.
Don'ts
- Overexaggerations (enormous chests/genitals)
- Morbidely Obese characters
- Under 18 characters
- Foot fetish/ Golden showers and those types of kinks.
- No MLP or cartoon made for younger audience
- No racist/ homophobic / hurful subjects.
- No feral / Bestiality NSFW
Commissions & Customs & Adoptables
-No refund unless I can't finish for X reasons.
- Do not rush me.
- I usually take 1-7 days for commissions ( depends on my queue)
- Do not repost without my permission, unless you are the commissioner of the art AND credit me/tag me.
- Do not use my art for commercial use
- Always credit me
- Do not modify my art or the character, tell me if it needs changes.
- If you buy an adopt, I can do some small modifications on the design.
- Do not sell the character for more than you bought it, unless valued art is added.
- Do not steal/ trace or copy
- Do not take off my watermark
How to order:
- You can DM on Discord, Instagram, Twitter, Bluesky, Toyhouse or any other socials I have!- Specify what you want, and please have flatcolored refs ready. I'll still work with shaded but I won't change the colors a thousand times.- If you have many changes to do, I will charge extra. Mostly if it's after the sketch phase. I mind less on the sketch phase since it's made to change stuff now.- I will send wips to be sure everything is fine.- Payment is in USD and upfront on KOFI or Vgen.-I can use payment plans for big comms but you have 1 month max to pay me. And it's 50% upfront and then another 50%, not multiple payments. If you cannot pay in such times, you'll be blacklisted from those type of payments.- I don't refund anything unless I'm the one who can't do it for X reason, forcing a refund will get you blacklisted from ordering from me.- I usually get art done in 1-7 days, but if I'm very busy It could take a bit longer and I will advise you. But please do not rush me. I'll communicate with you.Thank you!
